Do not go to VIP, special needs and international departments.
3, Be sure that registered namE is correct
Please register with one complete part of your name and write it clearly.if you register with your Chinese name, you are required to provide a confirmation letter which proves the passport name and Chinese name represent one person.

1, outpatient medical record
it is imperative for the doctor to write the outpatient medical record every time.
2, the original invoice with two stamps
please collect the original invoices with seals. in the case of invoice losing, you can't get reimbursed.
3, please keep your laboratory test report, examination

Inpatient
1, cooperation hospital

the receiving hospital of the advance payment must be among the scope of our Network Hospital listed in www.lxbx.net. otherwise, you must pay it by yourself before the insurance claim.
in terms of applying for advance payment, please make sure that you follow the procedures and requirements stipulated by the rescue company.
2, non-cooperative hospital
if you going to pay for the hospitalization by yourself, please remember to notice your doctor that you are going to ask for reimbursement from the insurance company.
ask the doctor to minimize the use of self-paid or partially self-paid medicine.
