Master's degree in Accounting taught in English

Course Introduction

The Business School of Beijing International Studies University has set up an English-taught Master of Accounting program for international students since 2018. Except for Chinese courses, all courses of the project are taught in English, and the dissertation and defense are also completed in English.

Two years of schooling.

 

Main course 

Human resource management, managerial economics, marketing, strategic management, corporate research methods, business communication, advanced financial accounting, advanced financial management, advanced auditing, advanced management accounting, financial statement analysis, international financial management, financial markets and financial tools, Investment, Chinese, outreach training and social practice, etc.

 

Application form

Bachelor degree or above, 18-50 years old, physically and mentally healthy, foreign citizen.

Residents of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan who apply to study in our school as foreign students after immigrating abroad must also comply with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education.

 

Application materials

1. Beijing International Studies University admission application form for foreign students (posted with photos)

2. Copy of passport (ordinary passport within the validity period)

3. The undergraduate graduation certificate (the expected graduation certificate for fresh graduates) and a copy of the degree certificate or a notarized copy. For versions other than Chinese and English, a notarized Chinese or English translation must also be provided.

4. A copy of the undergraduate transcript or a notarized copy. For versions other than Chinese or English, a notarized Chinese or English translation is required.

5. Proof of English proficiency (TOEFL 550/paper-based test, 80/computer-based test, IELTS 6.5 or other)

6. Personal statement. Written in English. The content includes personal study, work experience, academic research results, study and research plan, etc.

7. Two recommendation letters from associate professors and above experts (in Chinese or English)

 

Admission

Applicants can be admitted if they have complete the application materials and pass the examination. The Admissions Office will issue the University Admission Notice and the Chinese Study Visa Application Form to the admitted students before July 31 each year. Admitted students should apply for a student visa at the nearest Chinese embassy or Chinese consulate with the above two documents and a health check certificate.

 

Cost

Application fee: 800 yuan (cash, postal remittance, or bank remittance)

Tuition fee: 30,000 RMB/academic year

Insurance fee: 800 RMB/academic year

Accommodation fee*: RMB 8,100-14,850/academic year/person/bed (double room with separate bathroom, foreign student apartment)

Master of Tourism Management taught in English

Course Introduction

The School of Tourism Management of Beijing International Studies University has set up an English-taught Master of Tourism Management program for international students since 2007. So far, it has recruited and trained more than 200 international students from more than 40 countries. Except for Chinese courses, all courses of the project are taught in English, and the dissertation and defense are also completed in English.
