In order to adapt to the leap-forward development of Beijing’s transportation industry, under the leadership of the Beijing Municipal Committee of Transportation, as the core school of Beijing Transportation Vocational Education Group, Beijing Transportation Vocational College unites enterprises and vocational colleges within the group, together with Dresden University of Technology, Germany, The Frauenhofer Institute, a well-known German research institution, and German companies have launched international cooperation with vocational education groups.

The cooperation content includes the following three aspects:

u Introduce vocational undergraduate courses to cultivate compound transportation talents

Focusing on the majors urgently needed in the transportation industry in our city, we will make full use of the advantages of both China and Germany to tailor vocational undergraduate courses. Through school-enterprise cooperation and order-based training, we will establish a new compound talent training system to solve the high-quality faced by the development of the transportation industry. , Compound talent bottleneck.

With the participation of both China and Germany, it has been determined to cooperate around the most urgently needed in Beijing transportation industry, and at the same time mature and advantageous professions in Germany, to cultivate high-end complex management that meets the requirements of modernization, informatization and intelligent management of the integrated transportation system of the world cities. engineer. In accordance with the requirements of Beijing transportation companies, it combines communication and information technology, and adds advanced German management concepts to tailor-made professional undergraduate course modules.

u Carry out international training for in-service personnel in the transportation industry

In cooperation with the Dresden University of Technology, we will train Beijing Public Transport Group and Beijing Metro Operation Company to train high-quality innovative talents with an international perspective and master the construction and management of the world's urban integrated transportation system, transportation planning and organization.

u Carry out research on transportation applications

Organize Chinese and German experts to form a research team to conduct research on educational concepts, teaching methods, and evaluation methods in the process of introducing German vocational courses and international vocational certification, forming experience and promoting it.

Original intention:

The college and the Dresden University of Technology carry out Sino-foreign joint training, and carry out the training of technical and technical talents at the undergraduate level in China and Germany. The aim is to cultivate high-tech talents with comprehensive transportation concepts and master transportation operation technology, transportation communication technology, traffic safety technology, and transportation intelligent control technology!

On September 1, 2013, the Sino-Derman class began to recruit students for the Beijing College Entrance Examination, and the first batch of 40 students were enrolled. Through school-enterprise cooperation and work-study training, students will be able to obtain higher vocational graduation certificates when they graduate, and they can also be recognized by the Beijing Jiaotong University School of Continuing Education and can choose to continue their studies or employment.

Ø Courses originated in Germany and adapted to the local area

Beginning in 2013, the college began to introduce advanced German rail transit vocational education concepts, absorb the development experience in the German transportation field, based on the "Transportation and Information Technology" major of the Dresden University of Technology, relying on the Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission and Sino-Germany The Transportation Research Institute, Beijing Transportation Education Group's talent training base and modern training base, catering to the needs of Beijing Metro Operation Co., Ltd., Beijing Rail Transit Command Center, Public Transport Group, Bus Dispatching Command Center, and Transportation Industry Consulting Companies, etc. "Modular" curriculum system for special ability training.

Up to now, the college has cooperated with the Technical University of Dresden in Germany to jointly build an integrated course system of science and practice with 18 professional modules and 15 practical training modules as the core, and has completed the introduction of professional module courses.

Ø The training model of school-enterprise cooperation and work-study integration

Through school-enterprise cooperation and the combination of work and learning, the college cooperates with Beijing Metro Operation Co., Ltd., Beijing Rail Operation Management Co., Ltd., Beijing Jinggang Metro Co., Ltd. and other enterprises to promote modern apprenticeship reform in Sino-Derban classes, and learn from the German dual System, with the "school-enterprise dual tutor" and "school-enterprise cooperation course", the school-enterprise cooperation training center, the technical innovation center, implements the teaching organization of alternating work and learning, meets the needs of employers, and cultivates the spirit of craftsmanship. The transfer of theoretical knowledge and technical skills, innovation and entrepreneurship education are integrated in classroom teaching, practical teaching links and the organization of campus activities.

Starting from the 2013 grade, the college selects about 30 outstanding students from the three-year higher vocational students of the Orbital Department every year to form a "Sino-German Cooperative Vocational Undergraduate Course" for teaching practice.

·The 13th grade middle and German class has completed all the teaching contents (including graduation design). The first batch of graduates all entered the Yanfang Line, the first fully automated urban rail transit line in Beijing, and became the backbone of technology and management.

·For the 14th grade middle-German class, 30 people have completed all courses and entered the stage of graduation design and enterprise internship;

·In the 15th grade middle-German class, 27 students have completed the basic module courses and are currently studying professional core courses;

·The 16th grade middle and German class, 16th grade students are currently entering the learning stage of professional module courses.

·The 17-level middle-German class, with 35 students, is currently studying the basic module courses.

At present, the Sino-German cooperation project of Beijing Vocational College of Transportation has established a set of vocational education undergraduate-level curriculum system to cooperate in the training of new transportation technology professionals. Make full use of the advantages of both China and Germany to create tailor-made vocational undergraduate courses. Through school-enterprise cooperation and order-based training, tailor-made high-quality compound talents with vocational undergraduate capabilities for the transportation industry to solve the comprehensive talents faced by the development of the transportation industry bottleneck.
