Our school participates in the "Social Governance·Youth First" Sino-foreign Youth Dialogue
On December 2, our school organized a delegation to participate in the "Social Governance·Youth First" Sino-Foreign Youth Dialogue-Entering the First Bureau of China Construction Project organized by the Communist Youth League Committee. Chen Tao, deputy dean of the International Development Research Institute (International Education College) led the team. Eight international students from our school and 15 other international student representatives from Beijing Institute of Technology and Central University of Finance and Economics participated.
This event is the 2020 closing event of the "Social Governance·Youth First" series of activities. Mao Xiaogang, Deputy Secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee, Yuan Li, Director of the European and American Division of the International Liaison Department of the Youth League Central Committee, Cui Jing, Director of the International Liaison Department of the Communist Youth League Committee, and Hao Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the China Construction First Bureau and Chairman of the Labor Union, attended and delivered speeches.
Participating teachers and students first visited the world's first "Double Olympics" venue built by China Construction First Bureau-Ice Cube project site, listened to engineers explain the process of "Water Cube" cleverly transformed into "Ice Cube", to understand the Chinese wisdom contained in it, on-site Experience the intelligent construction technology of China Construction First Engineering Bureau; then come to the "Quality·Pioneer" exhibition hall of China Construction First Engineering Bureau headquarters to learn about the development history, business scale and representative works of China Construction First Engineering Bureau, and participate in the VR experience of advanced construction engineering technology; finally; Dialogues and exchanges with relevant leaders and employees of the Municipal Committee of the Youth League, the Central Committee of the Youth League, and the Human Resources Department and Overseas Business Department of the China Construction First Bureau. International students of our school, Gadam and Fulai, conducted consultations on corporate development and employment channels for graduates.
