1. Changping Campus

Since the Changping Campus Photography Contest started on June 12, it has received an extensive responses and active participation from teachers, students, and alumni. A total of 412 landscape works and 2,411 documentary works have been collected. The art reproduces the beautiful campus scenery of the Changping campus. , A harmonious education environment, colorful campus cultural activities, and silent dedication of faculty and staff. After online voting and expert review, 10 groups of works including Zhang Huchen's "Beijing of the Sea of Clouds" won the Scenery Network Popularity Award, and 30 groups of works including Wang Xueqin's "New Campus in My Eyes" won the Scenery Award. The Propaganda Department's "New Campus First Time" 43 groups of works including "School Opening Ceremony" won documentary awards.

2. Library

The library of Beijing University of Chemical Technology was built in 1958. At the beginning of its establishment, it was called the library, and its address was in the Hepingli South Building. There was only one staff member, 3 small rooms and several thousand books. In the summer of 1960, the library moved into the newly completed teaching building with a total area of about 500 square meters and was renamed the library. In July 1964, a new library building with an area of 4,200 square meters was completed. The building was already the best among universities at that time, which fundamentally changed the conditions of the library. By 1966, the library collection had increased to nearly 200,000 volumes, with 26 staff members, and it had become a university library that was beginning to take shape.
