China Agricultural University and China Meteorological Administration have a long-term cooperation in agricultural meteorological research and signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement in 2012.

China Agricultural University and China Meteorological Administration have their respective advantages in climate change and sustainable agricultural development research, and they have a very good foundation for cooperation.

Yu Rong pointed out that the relationship between agricultural production and meteorology is very close, and the development of my country's meteorological industry in the new era has entered a new stage.

Over the years, it has cultivated a large number of talents in the field of agricultural meteorology. It is hoped to promote cooperation between the Meteorological Administration and China Agricultural University in agriculture-related fields.

Both parties should focus on the national development strategy needs, make full use of the science and technology and talent advantages of the bureau and schools, do a good job in the top-level design of cooperation, further sort out key cooperation areas and cooperation tasks, and highlight Characteristics, carry out pragmatic cooperation.
