Student card processing process

Reissue process: Students go to the student card reissue window in the Student Affairs Service Hall (206, the main building of the school) to register and reissue during working hours. Just complete the registration.

Processing time: 8:30-11:30 in the morning and 13:30-17:00 in the afternoon on weekdays. It will be suspended during exam week, winter and summer vacations.

Processing cycle: generally 5-10 working days. There will be a delay at the beginning and end of the semester.

Receipt of the new card: After completing the reissue of the student card, you will be contacted via WeChat. Please check it carefully. After receiving the notice of collection, bring your campus card or ID card to the window to sign and collect it during working hours.

Registration seal: the first registration seal of the student ID is stamped by the student office, and the registration seal for other semesters shall be registered by myself on the first Friday of each month at the Digital Campus Construction Center (the third floor of the school’s audio-visual building) Machine self-service stamping.

Train ticket magnetic stripe: If you need to reissue the train ticket magnetic stripe, please consult the student apartment management office. Office address: go to the first floor of the third building of the student apartment in the main campus of the school and call 68902856.

Postgraduate student card reissue: For postgraduate student reissue, please contact the department counselor. For details, please consult the Graduate Work Department 68902674.
