International students at CUG live in the Dangui Plaza (international student apartment), a brand new 17-floor building that was built in 2015. The rooms in Dangui Plaza are equipped with an air-conditioner, independent bathroom, 24-hour hot water, etc. WIFI and cable access to the internet are provided as well. Public kitchens on every floor are open to being used for all students. The laundry on the 1stfloor is very convenient and inexpensive, while Cafe and Convenience Store are just around the corner.

There are several canteens and restaurants on the campus offering delicious and inexpensive Chinese and western food. Inside the east campus where Dangui Plaza is located, there are Student Canteen, Zhendanyuan Restaurant, and Huxinyuan Restaurant. The last one offers various styles of food which appeal to our appetite.
