Notes before the consultation

The following instructions are subject to changes in the school hospital management regulations.

 

1. A medical card is required for public medical care

After passing the physical examination (generally within three months after the start of the semester), all undergraduates and postgraduates recruited will be issued a medical card with a one-inch photo of themselves stamped with the official seal of the school hospital. The medical card must be brought to enjoy public medical care when visiting a doctor. Medical cards will not be issued to those who fail to return the medical examination form to the school hospital after passing the medical examination.

Students who do not enjoy publicly funded medical services will pay all at their own expense.

The proportion of students who enjoy public outpatient medical care: (The following contract hospitals are the Third Hospital of Beijing Medical University; there are more specialized hospitals, subject to the regulations of the school hospital)

(1) The personal burden of school hospital visits is 10%, the personal burden of transferring to contract hospitals or specialty hospitals upon approval is 20%, and the personal burden of emergency care in non-contract hospitals is 20%.

(2) Other medical expenses (such as hospitalization, special conditions, etc.) for public medical care can be consulted at the school hospital.

 

2. Precautions for a medical card

Students must hold a publicly funded medical card to enjoy the publicly funded medical treatment. In order to avoid medical disputes, the medical card can only be used by the person himself and cannot be lent to others.

If you take another person’s public medical card to see a doctor, the medical card will be confiscated and the public medical service will be suspended for 3 months. The student will do a written examination and report to the department.

If the publicly funded medical card is lost or has no photo, it will not be able to enjoy the publicly funded medical treatment. A written application for the replenishment of the office fee medical card must be provided by the individual, indicating the reason and stamped by the department and department. yuan. 3. Prescribe medication

At the time of consultation, the doctor will record the situation and treatment plan in the medical record. The medication should be used according to the principle of "emergency three, slow seven", and should not exceed the amount.

 

4. Transfer matters

If the condition needs to be transferred, outpatients must be approved by the school hospital doctor and issued a transfer form before going to the contract hospital (Beijing Third Hospital), otherwise the medical expenses incurred will not be reimbursed.

 

5. Emergency situation

Emergency patients do not need to be transferred, they can go directly to the contract hospital (the third hospital of Beijing Medical University).

 

6. Rescue of critically ill patients

Due to limited medical facilities, the school hospital does not have the conditions to rescue critically critical patients. In case of emergency, please dial 999 or 120 directly to avoid delay in treatment. Medical expenses incurred can be reimbursed in proportion to the regulations of the Health Bureau.

 

7. Go home for medical treatment during winter and summer vacations

During the winter and summer vacations, the medical expenses of students going home for medical treatment are limited to 15 yuan according to the school's public medical management regulations. If you need to be hospitalized in an emergency, please contact the school hospital in time, and go to the national formal medical designated institution as required. Can be reimbursed according to a certain percentage.

 

8. Visits in the field or on business trips

Expenses incurred in local formal medical institutions due to emergency treatment during field internships or business trips need to provide a business trip or internship certificate with the official seal of the department and the department can be reimbursed on a pro-rata basis.

 

9. Reimbursement certificate for medical treatment

When reimbursing medical expenses, medical cards, medical records, transfer forms, prescriptions, official machine-printed invoices, treatment details, and diagnosis certificates must be provided. Inpatients must also provide a list of hospitalization expenses. All financial documents and diagnosis certificates must be stamped with the official seal of the hospital. . Therefore, be sure to keep the relevant bills properly when you see a doctor.

① The specific date of monthly outpatient medical expense reimbursement will be announced on the bulletin board of the school hospital website and in the school hospital registration hall on the 25th of the previous month.

② The latest batch of reimbursements of the student must be processed before March of the following year.

③ Inpatients should go to the school hospital to go through the reimbursement procedures within one week after being discharged, and those discharged from the winter and summer vacations should go to the school hospital to go through the reimbursement procedures within one week after school starts.

 

Reimbursement scope and description

① Undergraduates, masters, and doctoral students enrolled in the plan (excluding entrusted training students and self-financed students). The post-doctoral fellows in the plan enjoy publicly funded medical services for the in-service personnel during the prescribed period of stay at the station. The reimbursement ratio shall be subject to the publicly funded medical treatment ratio.

② When traveling or visiting relatives in a foreign country (limited to China, excluding foreign countries, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan), you can seek medical treatment in a designated hospital with local medical insurance, with a certificate of going out, an emergency certificate, and an official receipt from the hospital (with the local tax stamp) ) Reimbursement of prescriptions, medicines, and various check-up and treatment schedules to the school hospital.

③ All expenses incurred due to fights, alcoholism, suicide, traffic accidents, medical accidents, and various physical examinations will not be reimbursed.

④ During the winter and summer vacations, those who seek medical treatment at a local medical institution due to an acute illness must present an emergency certificate, medical record, prescription, and a receipt stamped with the emergency seal (only for one designated hospital for medical insurance) when reimbursing. The medical expenses reimbursement amount shall not exceed 15 yuan. If you are hospitalized, you should contact the school hospital and your unit in time.

⑤ The reimbursement of medical expenses shall not exceed 50 yuan within half a year due to illness, and 100 yuan within one year. Before leaving school, you should go to the health department of the school hospital to handle relevant medical matters.

⑥ Participate in social practice, field practice, and military training. Patients who need to seek medical treatment at the nearest hospital due to emergency will be referred to a medical insurance designated hospital by the accompanying doctor. After returning to school, they can present the referral form, the unit certificate, and the emergency diagnosis certificate, the Reimbursement of medication prescriptions, and receipts stamped with emergency seals to the school hospital.

Physical Examination Instructions

1. Receive receipts

Before the physical examination, obtain the physical examination form and laboratory test form (if necessary) with the receipt, and fill in the name, student number, gender, date of birth, college, class number, and other items.

Freshmen enrollment also includes vaccination cards, PPD registration forms, and other materials, all of which need to fill in with personal information.

 

2. Physical examination items

Height, weight, vision, color discrimination, blood pressure, internal medicine, surgery, chest X-ray, laboratory tests (liver function, blood type, etc.), etc.

New students also include PPD trials, vaccination, and so on.

 

3. Physical examination time

At 6:30-7:50 in the morning, the blood will be drawn for testing, with the test sheet and physical examination form; at 11:30 in the noon, the medical and surgical examination will be carried out with the physical examination form.

 

4. Matters needing attention

① The night before the physical examination, the diet is light, and do not drink alcohol (so as not to affect the test results).

② On the morning of the blood draw, an empty stomach is required. After the blood draw, please press the needle eye with a cotton swab for 5-10 minutes without rubbing the needle eye.

③ If the person undergoing physical examination is pregnant, please inform the doctor in advance to avoid an X-ray examination.

④ After the physical examination is completed, the physical examination form shall be handed over to the place where the physical examination form is collected immediately.

⑤ The physical examination is scheduled to be conducted within a few working days and should be attended on time according to the arrangement, otherwise, the course will be delayed and the examination will not be possible.

⑥ Students who need to review after the physical examination should go to the school hospital on time for review in time.

⑦ If you do not participate in the physical examination after enrollment, find someone to replace the physical examination, or fail to review the physical examination notice, you will be reported to the school’s admissions department to cancel the enrollment qualification.

 

5. Relevant instructions for vaccination

①The medical card is issued within three months after the start of the medical examination. The medical card can only be used after it is stamped with the school hospital stamp. If the card is not issued, the medical card will be treated at its own expense.

②Students who register in the future school, have not participated in the physical examination, or have incomplete physical examination items cannot apply for a medical card.

③After enrollment, the freshmen will be vaccinated with the triple vaccines of adult diphtheria and leprosy, and mumps according to the requirements of the Beijing Center for Disease Control. Because the time limit of vaccination is very strong, students are requested to vaccinate in time according to the notice of the school hospital and do not miss the vaccination.

④ Fill in the name, gender, and age on the vaccination card before vaccination, and vaccination with the card. After vaccination, the vaccination card should be kept properly and not lost. It is valid for life.

⑤ All students who have been vaccinated against diphtheria and leprosy in the third year of high school do not need to be vaccinated again. All other students who have not been vaccinated must be vaccinated.

⑥After enrolling in Beijing, according to the requirements of Beijing disease prevention, hepatitis A and B vaccines will be successively carried out (all voluntary and self-funded).

⑦The specific time of vaccination will be notified separately, please be sure to vaccinate on time.

⑧Do not take a bath or do strenuous exercise on the day after vaccination. Students with fever and severe allergies are not vaccinated.

⑨ Tuberculin test (PPD test) and re-examination (all items are free):

According to the requirements of the Beijing Municipal Health Bureau, a tuberculin test is required for undergraduates entering freshmen (postgraduates do not need to do it).

This inspection is performed by a doctor from the Jiefang Station of Haidian District. The time is concentrated and there is only one day. If you miss the time, you cannot make up the test!

Check the results 72 hours after the test. Please don’t miss the time, get the vaccination, and check the results on time.

Students with a strong PPD test result, who are at high risk of infection, must take further chest X-ray examinations and take preventive medications for three months to prevent them from becoming patients.

 

6. Physical examination fees

①The medical examination fee for new students is 66.0 yuan, the fee for leprosy and mumps vaccine is 75.0 yuan, and the adult leukorrhea vaccine is free.

For students who have not been vaccinated, the vaccination refund will be processed in May of the following year. Students need to bring their vaccination card and medical examination fee invoice to apply. The specific time will be notified on the campus.

②The medical examination fee for graduates is 20 yuan/person.

If there is any change in the fee, please refer to the notice from the school and hospital.

For patients who need to undergo supplementary examinations, please register in the consultation room for the doctor to open an application form, and then go to the registration fee room to pay for the examination.

Notes on ECG, B-ultrasound, and Radiology Examination

1. Fasting in the morning that day, a small amount of boiled water can be used to take the original medicine.

2. Guests who do gynecological B-ultrasound need to hold their feet beforehand; those who do prostate B-ultrasound need to hold back a small amount of urine in advance.

3. Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant in the near future do not undergo radiology examinations.

4. Avoid wearing metal objects during the inspection.

 

Blood test instructions

1. For the test items of taking venous blood, take blood in the blood collection room on the second floor on an empty stomach from 8:00 to 9:00 on Tuesday morning.

2. Precautions before blood draw: Fasting for more than 12 hours. Do not drink tea, coffee, or alcohol within 24 hours, try not to use drugs, smoke, or do strenuous exercise.

Ensure a good rest and drink a small amount of water. Maintain the usual eating habits two weeks before the blood lipid test, and pay attention to a low-fat diet or a vegetarian diet before taking the blood.

3. Test blood routine, blood type, rapid blood sugar, and get the results in the blood test window within 20 minutes.

4. Testing of biochemical items: Take the results outside the laboratory in the afternoon of the same day.

 

Notes on examination of urine and stool specimens

1. Please keep fresh specimens for urine or feces test (container self-collection, provided by the inspection department window).

2. The retention time should not exceed 1 hour before submission. Please save 20-40ml (about half a cup) of urine specimens. Discard the first segment of urine and save the middle segment of urine. Women should not mix with vaginal secretions and menstrual blood.

3. Please use multiple parts of the stool sample (especially the part of pus, blood, and mucus), do not mix urine and water, and do not wrap it in the paper, just cover the bottom of the small box with the reserved amount.

4. Detect urine, stool, and secretions, and get the results in the blood test window within 20 minutes.
