III. Program Background
China's first cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot area is located in Hangzhou. Alibaba AliExpress and Alibaba.com are China's largest cross-border export B2C e-commerce platform and China's largest cross-border export B2B e-commerce platform, respectively. To give full play to their own advantages, empower small and medium-sized enterprises, and seize the new high ground in presenting brands to the world, these three parties have jointly launched SUPER-START — the Second "Sail from Hangzhou" Global Youth Training Program of Cross-Border E-Commerce Talents.
While based in Hangzhou, this program has the whole world in view and sets up five competition divisions (East, West, South, North, and Central). Through both the "Eagle Plan" and "Voyage Plan" stages, the program aims to build a bridge that links "talents + projects + industry", select and train outstanding foreign live streamers for cross-border e-commerce from all over the country, and help young people to innovate and start their own businesses. The program will adopt online and offline dual-channel training methods to build a cross-border live streaming training system of "training + assessment + certification", establish cross-border live streaming standards for AliExpress and Alibaba.com, and eventually promote B2B and B2C trade.
