
A guide to the admission of Chinese Government Scholarship Students
The enrollment of the Inner Mongolia Normal University Chinese Government Scholarship for the 2021-2022 academic year has been fully launched. The relevant matters are now explained as follows:
1. Enrollment category and scholarship period
(1). Master's degree students: The length of professional study is 2-3 academic years, and you can apply for Chinese language tuition for 1 academic year.
(2). Doctoral students: The length of professional study is 3-4 academic years, and you can apply for Chinese language tuition for 1 academic year.
2. Applicant qualifications
(1). Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and in good health;
(2). Did not receive other types of scholarships at the same study time;
(3). Applicants' educational background and age requirements: Those who come to China to study for a master's degree must have a bachelor's degree and be under 35 years of age; those who come to China to study for a doctoral degree must have a master's degree and are under 40 years of age.
3. Scholarship content and standards
(1). Free of tuition and registration fees;
(2). Provide free on-campus accommodation: double rooms for master students and single rooms for doctoral students;
(3). Scholarship living expenses: 3,000 yuan/month for master students; 3,500 yuan/month for doctoral students;
(4). Provide comprehensive medical insurance for Chinese government scholarships for international students in China.
4. Application time and major
(1). Application time: Online registration from March 1, 2021, to April 15, 2021.
Send the paper application materials to our school before April 30, 2021.
(2). Majors to be applied for Inner Mongolia Normal University's Ph.D. and Master's Admissions Majors (please see the attachment)
5. Application procedure
Step 1: Log in to the "Chinese Government Scholarship Management System for Studying in China" (http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn) for online registration (Firefox or IE 11 browser is recommended. If you use IE browser, please cancel browsing After using the "Compatibility View Mode" of the device).
Step 2: Log in to the system to register with the registered user name and password. After logging in to the system, click the fill-in application menu in the upper left corner, application project type (Type): Type B (Chinese government scholarship university independent enrollment project), acceptance agency number: 10135 (Inner Mongolia Normal University), and click the save button at the bottom right.
Step 3: Complete the entry of all application information and upload supplementary materials one by one according to the list on the left side of the registration system page. For application disciplines and majors, please refer to the Inner Mongolia Normal University Master's Graduate Admissions Specialty Catalog and Inner Mongolia Normal University's Doctoral Graduate Admissions Specialty Catalog. Please ensure that the information and materials are correct and authentic. If you have any questions about the "discipline category", you can download the "professional comparison table" from the system "help" menu. After filling in all the information, click the submit button at the bottom right to complete the online application.
Step 4: Before the application is accepted, the applicant can modify the submitted application by clicking "Withdraw and Modify Application". After the application is withdrawn, the applicant must submit it again after editing, otherwise, the application will not be accepted. After the application is accepted, the applicant cannot withdraw the application.
Step 5: After completing the online registration, click "Print Application" to download the "Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form" automatically generated by the system, and print it out in duplicate.
Step 6: According to the "application materials" requirements, the "Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form" and related paper materials must be sent to Inner Mongolia Normal University within the specified time.
Step 7: To ensure the authenticity of the applicant's materials, after the deadline, the International Student Admissions Department of the International Exchange College of Inner Mongolia Normal University will randomly review the student materials using remote video interviews. Applicants are requested to provide their detailed mailing address and email address. Wait.
6. Application materials
The application materials are in duplicate, and the applicant must truthfully fill in and submit the following application materials.
(1). "Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship". Applicants must fill in and submit the electronic application information online through the "Online Application System for Studying in China" of the China Scholarship Council. After submitting the information, the "Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form" automatically generated by the system will be printed.
(2). Notarized highest education certificate (stamped with the official seal of the school's academic affairs unit). Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations. Fresh graduates are not required to provide graduation certificates and degree certificates, but they need to submit the certificate of enrollment and transcripts issued by the school where they are studying, and a notarized Chinese or English translation must be attached. If you are admitted, you must submit a notarized graduation certificate and degree certificate at the time of admission, otherwise, the admission qualification will be canceled.
(3). Academic transcript (stamped with the official seal of the school's academic affairs unit). Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
(4). Study or research plan in China (not less than 800 words), written in Chinese or English.
(5). Letter of recommendation. Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors must be submitted, written in Chinese or English.
(6). "Foreigner Physical Examination Record" and a copy of the blood examination report (please download from http://www.csc.edu.cn/). Applicants should strictly follow the items required in the "Foreigner Physical Examination Record" for inspection. The "Foreigner Physical Examination Record" that is missing, without a photo of the person posted, or without a seal on the photo, without the signature and seal of a physician or hospital, is invalid, and the examination result is valid for 6 months. When you come to China, please bring the "Foreigner Physical Examination Record" and the original copy of the blood test report.
(7). A copy of the photo page of a valid passport. (The passport must be valid before December 2022)
(8). Chinese language proficiency certificate (copy of HSK and HSKK transcripts)
(9). If the applicant has published or published professional-related papers, monographs, or related award certificates or certificates, please provide copies of them.
(10). Applicants under the age of 18 must submit relevant legal documents of their legal guardian in China.
(11). The selection of majors should refer to the "Inner Mongolia Normal University Doctoral Program Catalog" and "Inner Mongolia Normal University Masters Program Catalog".
Note: The paper version (in duplicate) of the above application materials must be sent to Inner Mongolia Normal University within the specified time.
7. Admission
(1). The Chinese Government Scholarship Program is a free application program. Our school does not charge any fees and does not entrust any domestic or foreign institutions to recruit students. Applicants should directly mail the application materials to the School of International Exchange of Inner Mongolia Normal University.
(2). If the applicant's conditions or application materials do not meet the regulations and requirements, the application will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted. Regardless of whether you are admitted or not, all application materials will not be returned.
(3). Our school will conduct careful review and evaluation based on the applicant's materials, and select the best candidates for admission.
(4). For those admitted, Inner Mongolia Normal University will issue "Admission Notice" and "Visa Application Form for Foreign Students Studying in China" (JW201 Form) before August 30 each year. The specific registration time is subject to the "Admission Notice".
(5). The admitted scholarship students should hold a valid ordinary passport, "Visa Application Form for Foreigners Studying in China" (JW201 Form), "Admission Notice", "Foreigner Physical Examination Record" and the original copy of the highest academic certificate and academic transcript, Apply for a study visa in China at the embassy (consulate) abroad.
(6). The admitted students must go through the registration procedures at Inner Mongolia Normal University in strict accordance with the time specified in the admission notice. Those who fail to complete the application for leave without reason and fail to register for admission for more than two weeks after the prescribed enrollment time will be disqualified for admission.
(7). In order to ensure the authenticity of the applicant materials, after the deadline, the International Student Admissions Department of the International Exchange College of Inner Mongolia Normal University will conduct random video interviews with the student materials.
