Kede College, Capital Normal University
(School code 13629) is a new type of full-time general higher education school (independent college) approved by the Ministry of Education to implement undergraduate level academic education. The school enrollment is included in the unified enrollment plan for regular colleges and universities across the country, enrolling students in more than 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country, with 3835 students.
The school is located in Daxing District, Beijing. The main campus covers an area of nearly 500 acres and it has more than 1,400 acres of internship practice bases. The school has built a digital campus, with advanced facilities, laboratories, libraries, sports fields, theaters, gymnasiums, experimental training centers, unique architectural styles, and a beautiful campus environment.
The school has the School of Art and Design, the School of Media, the School of Performing Arts, and the School of International Culture, with a total of 29 undergraduate majors. In 2019, 24 majors and professional directions including art design, calligraphy, exhibition economics and management, radio and television choreography, broadcasting and hosting art, photography, recording art, performance, preschool education, etc. will be enrolled nationwide.
The school implements the school year credit system management. Those who pass the grades at the end of the study period will be awarded a bachelor's degree certificate from the Science and Technology College of Capital Normal University; those who meet the requirements for a bachelor's degree will be awarded a corresponding bachelor's degree certificate.
