The Huanghe Road Campus Library (Yulan Pavilion) is located in the North Campus of the Huanghe Road Campus of Liaoning Normal University. There are more than 1,000 reading seats. Now it has CNKI (China Academic Journal Network), Wanfang Data, Chaoxing Digital Library, China Education Star Electronic Library and Multimedia Education Resource Library, Meixing Foreign Language Digital Books, Springer Foreign Language Journal Database, Proquest Psychology Database and other electronic resources, Which expands the ways and scope of readers to use literature. In addition, the library provides readers with self-service borrowing and returning, self-service copying and printing, self-service seat selection, etc., to meet readers' humanized and individual needs.
