Before the presentation, the public security police organized all participants to watch the anti-telecom network fraud propaganda film and distributed propaganda materials on the prevention of telecommunication network fraud. Instructor Song Yuexia from the Anti-fraud Center of Lanzhou Public Security Bureau and Police Officer Wang Xiang shared real cases and countermeasures of telecommunications network fraud. Police Officer Zhu Yihong from the Exit-Entry Administration Department of Lanzhou Public Security Bureau gave detailed explanations on visas, visa extensions, residence permits, precautions, and safety issues for people coming to China, and based on the types of cases that are prone to occur among international students, such as public security management, traffic management, and religious activities Management, drug control, anti-telecom fraud, etc., require international students to strictly abide by my country’s laws and regulations and various school rules and regulations, and enhance their self-protection skills. After the explanation, Cai Licheng, Section Chief of the Exit-Entry Administration Department of Lanzhou Public Security Bureau answered the questions of the international students in detail.
