Walking process activities held by School of International Culture and Education in 2019

To implement the school's "Don’t forget the original heart and keep in mind the mission" theme education activities, change the work style, and effectively solve the difficult problems of teachers’ existence, the department-level leaders of the International Culture and Education College went to the International Students Office of the College on September 25 and 26 respectively. The Study Abroad Service Center, the Youth League Committee, the Academic Affairs Section, and the Foreign Affairs Section carried out a "walking process" activity.

Zhao Baohui, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Academy, focused on the admission procedures for international students, Dean Lu Tieguang focused on exchanging the scores of students studying abroad, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Li Haoshu focused on the certification of students with financial difficulties from families, and Deputy Dean Zhang Jing focused on the application of foreign transcripts for students from Sino-foreign cooperative schools. Deputy Director Sun Ye has personally experienced the work process related to the short-term approval process of teachers going abroad on business communicated the problems found during the process and the service windows of each department, and put forward suggestions for improvement.
