
Language Student Project
The International School of Chinese Studies (Overseas Education College) of Northeast Normal University undertakes the tasks of teaching and language training for undergraduates of Chinese language and literature, masters of international Chinese education and language students. Language students are divided into long-term language classes and short-term language classes, enrolling students in spring and autumn. While carrying out various language teaching activities, the college also offers special lectures on Chinese cultural knowledge, Chinese talent skills, and the enhancement of Chinese proficiency for international students, and offers optional courses such as composition, calligraphy, Tai Chi, folk dance, and folk music. And through practical activities such as visits to Chinese families, factory visits, and social inspections, international students can learn Chinese happily in China and have a deep understanding of Chinese culture. The Preparatory Department for Foreign Students of Northeast Normal University mainly trains foreign students who are interested in studying for an undergraduate degree in China.
