Chinese University Independent Enrollment Project
This project is a full scholarship provided to some Chinese universities for the direct selection and recruitment of outstanding young foreign students to study in China. This project only enrolls master students and doctoral students. Our school is the undertaking school of the project and can independently recruit foreign students to our school to study for a master's or doctoral degree every year.
1. Eligibility for application
1.1 Foreign nationals who are not in China, in good health;
1.2 Master students, doctoral students
Those who come to China to study for a master's degree must have a bachelor's degree and be under the age of 35;
Those who come to China to study for a doctoral degree must have a master's degree and be under the age of 40;
1.3 Applicants for English-taught courses require IELTS scores of 6.0 or higher and TOEFL scores of 78 or higher; applicants for Chinese-taught courses require HSK level 4 or higher score certificates;
Note: If the official language of the applicant's country is English, the IELTS or TOEFL score certificate is exempt; if the language of instruction during the university is English, there is no need to provide an English proficiency certificate, but a certificate from the school is required.
1.4 Did not receive any other scholarship funding.
2. The scope and duration of the scholarship
2.1 Free registration fees, tuition fees, and on-campus accommodation fees;
2.2 Provide living expenses (¥3500/month for doctoral students, ¥3000/month for master students);
2.3 Provide Chinese government scholarship for international students with comprehensive medical insurance ¥800/(person·year);
2.4 The duration of the scholarship is the same as that of each major.
3. International travel expenses
International travel expenses are borne by the students themselves.
4. Application materials (all in duplicate)
First, apply online ( https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/register/Northwest A&F University admission agency code is 10712, application type B, IE browser 9.0 or higher or Firefox browser).
After the online application is successful, please send the following paper materials to the Office of the International College of Northwest A&F University.
4.1 "Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form", filled out in Chinese or English (this form must be generated online registration);
4.2 Instructor acceptance letter;
4.3 Notarized copy of the highest degree certificate (Chinese or English);
4.4 Notarized copy of the highest academic transcript (Chinese or English);
4.5 Two recommendation letters from associate professors or more;
4.6 Study or research plan (over 800 words);
4.7 Catalog abstracts of published papers or other materials that can prove their research capabilities;
4.8 Copy of valid passport;
4.9 Certificate of Good Conduct;
4.10 Copy of "Foreigner Physical Examination Record";

4.11 Proof of English or Chinese proficiency;
4.12 2 ID photos (the same size as the passport photo)
Remarks:
(1) Fax or electronic copies of application materials will not be accepted;
(2) Incomplete application materials will not be accepted;
(3) Regardless of whether the applicant is admitted or not, the above application materials will not be returned;
(4) The original medical examination form and degree certificate must be brought at the time of admission;
(5) Once admitted, the teaching language and major cannot be changed;
(6) Fresh graduates should submit the degree that can be obtained before admission in September 2020

6. Deadline for registration
Submit the application materials to the Admissions Office of the International College before March 1 every year.
