First year undergraduate (Chinese language and literature major)

For beginners, starting from the pronunciation, involving the most commonly used vocabulary and sentence patterns, students can master a language function for life, study or social interaction in each lesson. Comprehensively cultivate and improve students' comprehension and expression ability of Chinese daily communication language, and strive to lay a solid language foundation for students' future learning.

Beginners, Chinese beginners

From September to July of the following year

Comprehensive Chinese class, oral class, listening class, Chinese character class.

The second year of undergraduate (Chinese language and literature major)

To further expand and improve students' comprehensive language skills, through the accumulation of a large number of grammatical vocabulary, to guide students to fully understand the special sentence patterns and complex sentences of Chinese, quickly master daily conversations, and achieve barrier-free communication in life.

Foreign students who have mastered more than 1600 new words and have studied Chinese for one year

From September to July of the following year

Comprehensive Chinese Course, Speaking Course, Listening Course, Newspaper Course, Elementary Chinese Audiovisual Listening and Speaking, Chinese Information Processing

The third year of undergraduate (Chinese language and literature major)

Train students' verbal skills and verbal communication skills, expand vocabulary, deepen the structure of Chinese language, and cultivate students' ability to express in paragraphs.

Foreign students who have mastered 2500 vocabulary and have studied Chinese for more than two years

From September to July of the following year

Comprehensive Chinese course, oral course, translation course, Chinese grammar and rhetoric, tourism geography.

The fourth year of undergraduate (Chinese language and literature major)

Courses at this stage introduce Chinese culture, China overview, Chinese history, Chinese literature and other courses to enable students to have a deeper understanding of Chinese society and culture, and to cultivate students’ communicative skills; comprehensive course teaching trains students to analyze the hidden semantic relationships within Chinese sentences , So that students can master more semantic and grammatical features.

Foreign students who have mastered more than 3000 vocabulary and have studied Chinese for three years.

From September to July of the following year

Comprehensive Chinese courses, ancient Chinese, overview of China, modern literature, Chinese history, ancient literature, etc.
