Scholarship settings

 

(1) Chinese Government Scholarship

In order to enhance the mutual understanding and friendship between the Chinese people and the people of the world, and to develop exchanges and cooperation between China and other countries in the fields of education, science and technology, culture, economy and trade, the Chinese government has established a series of The scholarship program subsidizes students and scholars from all over the world to study, study and engage in research activities in Chinese universities. At the same time, it also provides various subsidies such as accommodation, living expenses and insurance. The Ministry of Education of China is responsible for providing Chinese government scholarships and entrusting the China Scholarship Council to be responsible for enrollment and daily management. Since September 2011, our school has begun to accept Chinese government scholarships, international students.

(2) Shanghai Government Scholarship

In order to further promote the development of the education of foreign students in Shanghai and attract more outstanding foreign students to study in Shanghai, the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission has established the Shanghai Foreign Student Government since 2005 Scholarships are used to support outstanding foreign students to receive higher education with a bachelor’s degree or above in a Shanghai institution of higher learning. The Shanghai Government Scholarships for Foreign Students are divided into three categories: A, B, and C. Type A scholarships (full scholarships) are used to subsidize outstanding foreign students to come to Shanghai to receive higher education at the postgraduate level. Scholarship recipients can receive a full scholarship including tuition, living expenses and comprehensive medical insurance for international students during the corresponding academic period. Type B scholarships (partial scholarships) are used to subsidize outstanding foreign students to come to Shanghai to receive higher education at the undergraduate level and above. Scholarship recipients can receive full tuition subsidies during the corresponding academic system. Type C scholarships (excellent student scholarships) are used to reward long-term foreign students who have studied in Shanghai universities and have excellent academic performance. Scholarship recipients can receive a one-time award for the academic year.

(3) SUIBE Scholarship

SUIBE Scholarships are to promote the internationalization of our school's higher education, attract more outstanding foreign students to study in our school, further improve the quality of our school's international students, and inspire international students to study hard. Enthusiasm, to promote the spirit of forge ahead of international students, to guide and promote students to form a good learning style and spirit, our school has established a number of scholarships for international students, at the end of each semester or each academic year according to the test scores, learning attitudes and achievements of international students The internal and external awards grant scholarships to our school. The specific amount and award conditions are subject to the announcement of the International Students Office.
