School Profile
Tianjin Agricultural University was founded in 1976, with agriculture as the main body, and the coordinated development of agriculture, engineering, management, science, economics, literature, and art. The school has two campuses, east, and west, covering an area of 1,049 mu. The campus has a beautiful environment and a strong cultural atmosphere.
The school has 16 colleges (departments), 7 disciplines, 45 undergraduate majors and directions, 8 higher vocational majors, 9 first-level academic master degree authorization points, and 3 master degree authorization points.
The school actively expands international exchanges and cooperation, develops Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, and continuously improves the level of open education. It has established friendly inter-school relations and exchanges and cooperation with more than 60 universities in more than 30 countries and regions including Germany, Ukraine, the Philippines, Japan, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. In 2018 and 2019, it was selected as the annual school for studying in China in Tianjin for two consecutive years. Although the school has a short history of recruiting and training international students, with a total of 112 students, it has rich teaching management experience and enjoys a high reputation in the field of international student education.
Our school is the recipient of the Tianjin Municipal Government Scholarship, and the school has established school-level scholarships. Students with excellent grades have the opportunity to receive scholarships.

Remark:
1. The accommodation fee for international students is collected in advance according to the academic year. Accommodation for less than one semester will be charged according to the standard of half a school year; if the accommodation time exceeds one semester but less than one academic year, it will be charged according to the standard of one academic year.
2. The tuition fee for international students is charged according to the academic year. International students whose study period is one semester or less than one semester will be charged according to the standard of half a school year; students who study for more than one semester but less than one academic year will be charged according to the standard of one academic year.
3. When an international student withdraws or transfers halfway, and the study time is less than one semester, the tuition fee will be charged according to the standard of half a school year; if it exceeds one semester but less than one academic year, the tuition fee will be charged according to the standard of one academic year.
4. All fees paid and refunded by international students are priced and settled in RMB.
