Representatives of teachers and students from the International School of Nanhua University participated in the "Orient of the World·China in the Eyes of the World" theme exchange meeting in Hunan Province

 

In order to thoroughly implement the national "One Belt One Road" strategic plan, under the guidance of the Hunan Provincial Department of Education and hosted by Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the "Orient of the World·China in the Eyes of the World" International Student Theme Documentary Exhibition and Hunan University International Student Center The Traditional Medical Culture Exchange Meeting was held as scheduled on June 11 at the International Exchange Center of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

 

It is reported that this event invited representatives from 8 universities including Central South University, Hunan University and Nanhua University. Li Yuqiong, Dean of the School of International Studies of our school, counselors Wang Ye, MAZHAR and 9 international students were invited to participate in the exchange meeting.

 

 

First of all, the organizer introduced to the international students my country’s “One Belt One Road” policy, how Chinese medicine “goes out” and the journey of hybrid rice to the world by means of graphic presentations, fully demonstrating my country’s new diplomatic strategy in the new era. , Students from various countries have also praised this.

 

 

Secondly, representatives of teachers and students of various universities carried out a series of activities such as the exchange of traditional Chinese culture in the lecture hall. On behalf of our school, Pakistani student KHAN shared some insights about life after coming to China and the feelings of studying in Hunan on behalf of our school, which aroused warm applause from the audience.

 

 

In the end, all the teachers and students took a group photo to miss, and this event was successfully concluded. Taking the Dragon Boat Festival as an opportunity, this theme activity played a harmonious movement of a community with a shared future for mankind, and stimulated international students' interest and sense of identity in Chinese culture. International students in our school said that they have a deep sense of the essence of Chinese traditional culture, experienced the achievements of modern China's reform and opening up, and will become friendly messengers of cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries after graduation.
