Introduction
The Jilin Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students in China To further promote the development of international student education in our province's colleges and universities, and attract more high-level foreign outstanding students to study in our province, a part of the Jilin Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students in China is specially set up to support student categories For graduate students. We welcome outstanding young students and scholars from all over the world to study in our school.
Please note: The school does not charge any fees, and does not recruit government scholarship students through any intermediary company!

Scholarship funding criteria
- The scholarship is a partial scholarship, and the funding period is 2 years
- Free tuition and accommodation fees (only for double rooms) during the 2-year subsidy period, and provide 1,700 yuan/month for living expenses
- Provide basic medical insurance
- All expenses incurred during the study period beyond the subsidy period shall be borne by themselves, and the charging standards shall be implemented in accordance with the standards for self-supported students

Application method
1. Application materials
1) "Application Form for Partial Scholarship of Jilin Provincial Government for International Students in China" ( download )
2) Notarized highest education certificate (1 copy)
3) Notarized academic transcript of the highest degree (1 copy)
4) Study and research plan (1 copy): no less than 800 words, written in Chinese or English;
5) 2 recommendation letters from professors or associate professors: the recommendation letter should have the signature, seal, contact number and email address of the recommender
6) Applicants for art majors: Music majors applicants should provide a 30-minute performance CD (music scores and CDs are required for composition majors); fine arts applicants should provide 6 color photos of their works (2 sketches) Paintings, 2 color paintings, 2 other works)
7) A copy of the "Foreigner Physical Examination Form" ( download ): The physical examination form is in the specified format, and the original is submitted when enrolling
8) Copy of valid passport (2 copies)

Admission and notification
Yanbian University will conduct a preliminary review of the application materials of scholarship applicants, and send the Admission Notice and Visa Application Form for Studying Abroad to the students in early August, and the students will come to China with them. student visa. After arriving at the school, a new physical examination is required. If the physical examination is confirmed to have mental disorders, infectious diseases and other diseases that are not suitable for school study, the school will not accept admission and cancel the enrollment qualification.
