Make dumplings to celebrate the new year
On the evening of December 31, 2020, the International Student Education Management Center held a 2021 New Year's Eve party in the school’s faculty dining room. All international students and some faculty members of the school participated in the activity.
The theme of the party is learning to make dumplings, tasting the dumplings made by yourself, and feeling Chinese traditional food culture. Accompanied by warm and cheerful music, videos of international students studying, fighting the epidemic, and participating in cultural and sports activities for a year were scrolled on the big screen. After an afternoon of hard work, everyone watched all kinds of strange-shaped dumplings fresh out of the pot and tasted themselves. All of the fruits of labor feel very comfortable.
Jin Guoxing, Director of the International Student Education Management Center, and Shi Xiaojing, Deputy Director of the International Student Education Management Center, reported on the awards of international students participating in various cultural and sports activities outside the school in the past year, and for participating in the 2020 Oracle Cup National International Student "I and Chinese" speech contest, "Living in Kunming" "Vlog contest for international students and on-site certificate presentations to students who have achieved good results in the "Kan Kunming" magazine essay submission activity.
On behalf of the school, Jin Guoxing expressed New Year’s greetings to the international students, thanking everyone for their persistence in fighting the epidemic and studying during the past year, and asked the international students who stayed at the school during the winter vacation to continue to enhance their awareness of epidemic prevention and control, take personal protection, and actively cooperate with school management, Have a safe and happy holiday.
